This website is owned and operated by Freelance Flowers. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions outlined below. These online shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
Freelance Flowers may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (GST inclusive) and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
Freelance Flowers delivers in and around Coffs Harbour (Mid-North NSW Coast). For clarification of the areas included, please check our delivery page. For orders outside of this area, please call us on 02 6652 2111.
Your order cannot be cancelled once order has been delivered. Delivery charges are included in all of our prices.
Freelance Flowers will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
In the case where you complete an order and require delivery to a location outside of our shipping area, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
Freelance Flowers values & respects your privacy. Your use of our website or your purchase of a product using our website will be taken to indicate your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement and our Terms & Conditions.

However, if you choose not to provide us with personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require.

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists or loaned or sold to third parties.
Your shipping address is used to identify the location you would like to receive your order. Your email address and phone number are the primary points of contact that we will use only if the need arises for us to contact you regarding your order.
We do not SPAM our customers, nor perform any form of telephone based telemarketing. However, if you opted to receive correspondence from us during the checkout process, we may email from time-to-time with specials.
Registering for an Account
By default, when going through the checkout process with Freelance Flowers, a customer account is created for you based on your email address and the password selected at the checkout page.
Your account on this website holds details regarding your past purchases & your delivery details. Your credit card details are not accessible through this account.
Personal information pertaining to a registered customer account is also not distributed, loaned, sold or provided to any other 3rd party by any means, other than where necessary to accurately provide service to its registered customer.
Payments, Transactions & Security
Freelance Flowers accepts payment by credit card. Credit Card details are captured, encrypted & processed through a trusted & secure SSL (secure socket layer) form.
